The core requirements include: ultra-long battery life to reduce maintenance frequency, multiple safety protections to avoid risks, compact design to adapt to the device form, compatibility with emergency scenarios to ensure power supply continuity, and at the same time meet the potential needs of "no frequent operation and low maintenance cost" in the usage scenarios of the elderly.
Core selection basis for lithium batteries
Based on the power consumption characteristics and application scenarios of the Xiaoxintong device, the selection of lithium batteries is carried out around the three major principles of "performance matching, safety first, and experience optimization". The key parameters are as follows:
Capacity and voltage compatibility The core module of the equipment (voice recognition, microwave radar, wireless communication) has an average daily power consumption of approximately 5Wh. Considering emergency backup and capacity attenuation in low-temperature environments, a 11.1V/5000mAh (55.5Wh) ternary lithium battery pack is selected. At normal temperature, it can achieve continuous standby for 7 to 10 days (the equipment defaults to low-power mode). It can support 36 hours of continuous operation in high-load scenarios such as emergency alarms, meeting the requirement of "weekly maintenance".
Cycle life and attenuation control: High-quality battery cells are adopted, with a cycle life of ≥800 times (capacity retention rate ≥70%). The finished products need to pass 100% aging tests (fully charged and discharged three times at 45℃), drop tests (dropped from a height of 1.2 meters onto a cement floor), and waterproof tests (immersed in 1 meter of deep water for 30 minutes) to ensure product stability.
